This Warranty Policy explains the coverage, conditions, limitations and support process for products purchased from Showers & Filters.
1. Warranty Coverage
Our products come with a Manufacturer Warranty which covers:

Defects in material or workmanship

Parts and labour for servicing during the warranty period
Under warranty, the Company may repair or replace the product or the defective part at its discretion.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To avail warranty benefits, one of the following must be provided:
a) Warranty registration of the product on our website within 7 days of purchase along with the product serial number; or
b) A valid purchase invoice.
To raise a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Support along with the invoice and product details.
We may request additional information such as photos, videos, or proof of the issue to validate the claim.
The product must have a visible and valid serial number for warranty eligibility.
3. Warranty Service Terms

Defective parts will be repaired or replaced free of cost during the applicable warranty period.

Replacement parts or units will continue warranty for the remaining original period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

Warranty is applicable only for manufacturing defects.
4. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover the following:

Damage resulting from improper installation or misuse

Physical damage, accidents, negligence or damage due to natural causes (Act of God)

Product serviced or repaired by unauthorized technicians

Pick-up, drop-off or transportation charges for service

Regular maintenance, cleaning or consumable wear

Damage due to redesign, modifications or dismantling

Products not operated as per the provided instructions
5. Filter Cartridge Warranty
Filter cartridges are covered for 90 days solely against manufacturing defects.
This does not include:

Choking due to sediment buildup

Damage due to water quality or prolonged non-usage

Improper handling or storage
