RETURN & REFUND POLICY —

Thank you for shopping with Showers & Filters. We aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds are allowed for home delivery orders.


1. Return Eligibility

Products purchased from our website can be returned within:

  • 7 Days from the date of delivery for most products

  • 60 Days return policy for selected premium shower filter series (as mentioned on respective product pages)

A product is eligible for return only under the following conditions:

a) The product delivered is damaged or defective due to manufacturing fault or transit damage
b) The product received is different from what was ordered

You are advised to not accept delivery if packaging appears visibly tampered or damaged.

If any issue is found after unboxing, you must inform us immediately along with supporting photos/videos.


2. Procedure for Returning a Product

To initiate a return request:

Once verified, we will arrange a pickup of the product.
You must ensure the following during return pickup:

  • Product is in original condition

  • All manuals, accessories, packaging, freebies included during delivery are returned

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is provided

You will receive a pickup acknowledgement which must be retained for reference.


3. Non-Company Fault Returns

If return/cancellation is requested for reasons not attributable to the company, for example:

  • You changed your mind

  • Product no longer needed

Then:

  • Pickup charges of ₹99 will apply (if pickup arranged by us), OR

  • You can ship the product yourself at your own cost

Final acceptance of return will be completed only after product inspection.


4. Replacement Policy

If product is confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect:

  • We will arrange a replacement free of cost

  • If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed

  • Replacement timelines depend on product availability and location


REFUND POLICY

1. When Refund Is Applicable

Refund is applicable when:

  • Order is cancelled before delivery

  • Product is returned due to valid reasons as per this policy

  • Replacement is not available

Refund will be initiated within 7 working days:

  • From date of cancellation request (if product not yet shipped)

  • From date of pickup by logistics partner (if product is delivered)

Time taken for the amount to reflect in your account will depend on banking/payment gateway processing timelines.


2. Refund Method

  • Refund will be processed into the same payment source used during purchase

  • If refund to original source fails, we will request bank account details for manual transfer

  • If customer fails to provide required refund details, the company holds no further liability


3. EMI / Interest Reversal (If Applicable)

If the purchase was made using EMI:

  • Interest reversal depends on the issuing bank’s rules

  • You must coordinate directly with your bank for EMI interest refund

  • We are not responsible for delays or disputes with the bank


4. Deductions & Charges

  • Pickup fee: ₹99 (for customer-initiated returns without company fault)

  • No deductions if return is due to defect/damage/wrong item delivered


Important Notes

  • Any product returned without original accessories or freebies may result in deduction from refund amount

  • Return or refund may be denied if inspection shows customer-induced damage
